With a fascinating history dating back well over 150 years, this Grade II listed mansion has been lovingly restored - right down to its formal gardens - and carefully extended to combine traditional character with every modern facility. With so many ways to unwind this could be considered a true resort destination. From heated pool to beauty treatments, there's every conceivable way to pamper yourself; for the more energetic, there's the gym and for golfers, there are 9 and 18-hole courses and a driving range. From the sumptuous Italianate Great Hall to the grand staircase to the many neo- classical sculptures, this magnificent hotel leaves a lasting impression. Once you have travelled up the drive you may park at the front of the hotel. The concierge team will be happy to park your car for you and arrange for your luggage to be taken to your room.
There is a dress code in operation at the hotel's Bronte Restaurant. Elegant/casual dress must be worn. No trainers, t-shirts, ripped denim, shorts or collarless shirts permitted.
